Frequently Asked Questions

Where is DBE Equipment Based?

DBE Attachments was founded in Australia in 2008, where our first manufacturing facility and earthworks business continues to operate under Dale Blacker’s leadership to this day. In 2025, DBE officially expanded to the United States to better serve equipment operators, contractors, and dealers across North America.

Our U.S. headquarters is located at:
8330 Lyndon B Johnson Freeway, Suite 628, Dallas, Texas, with a remote operations office in Cookeville, Tennessee.

What makes DBE Attachments Different?

Every DBE attachment is designed from real-world experience and built to industry-leading fabrication standards. We use certified materials including ASTM A500 Grade C structural steel and AR500/Bisalloy 500 wear plate, and all welding is performed to AWS D1.1 and AS/NZS 1554 codes. Each product is tested and finished to deliver consistent performance, accuracy, and durability.

What does DBE Attachments Manufacture?

We design and build precision-engineered earthmoving attachments for skid steers, track loaders, and other heavy equipment. Our attachments are purpose-built for grading, leveling, land clearing, and site preparation.

Are DBE attachments compatible with my skid steer or other equipment?

Yes. All DBE attachments are built to the universal quick attach standard (SAE J2513), making them compatible with most major skid steer brands including Bobcat, Caterpillar, Case, Kubota, and John Deere, as well as many tractors and other equipment equipped with a universal quick attach mounting system.

Where can I buy DBE Attachments in the United States?

Once U.S. operations launch in 2025, DBE products will be available directly through our website and through select authorized dealers. Dealer announcements and stocking locations will be published online as they are finalized.

About DBE Attachments

DBE Attachments began in 2008 as a small family-owned earthmoving company in Australia with one simple goal: to do things better. For founder and director Dale Blacker, that goal started long before DBE existed. He grew up surrounded by heavy machinery, operating TD15 dozers and 955 drotts by the time most kids were learning to ride bikes. Over the years, Dale saw technology evolve in incredible ways, but one thing never changed. The attachments were still built the same way they had been for decades, and they weren’t keeping up.

Armed with a sketch, a grinder, and a welder, he started experimenting after hours, rethinking how attachments should perform and how they could be built to last longer and work smarter. Two years of late nights and field testing led to a breakthrough design that changed the way operators approached leveling, grading, and material handling. What started as a side project soon became a full-scale manufacturing operation known as DBE Attachments Pty Ltd.

Today, every DBE attachment is built with the same hands-on mindset that started it all, combining decades of field experience with modern 3D modeling, CNC precision cutting, and certified fabrication to AWS D1.1 and AS/NZS 1554 standards. From the first weld to the final epoxy coating, each unit reflects our belief that good enough is never good enough.

In 2025, DBE Attachments is expanding to the United States, continuing the same pursuit of performance and reliability that started in a small Australian workshop. What began with a grinder and a dream now builds the attachments professionals rely on every day, because at DBE, we build them like we’re the ones running them.
