Return and Refund Policy

DBE United States stands behind the quality and performance of our products. Because our attachments are heavy-duty, industrial-use equipment, our return and refund policy is structured to be fair, clear, and aligned with the realities of manufacturing and freight logistics.
Please review this policy carefully before placing an order.
1. Eligibility for Returns
Returns may be accepted under the following conditions:
- The item is unused, uninstalled, and in its original condition
- The item is returned within 30 calendar days of delivery
- The item is returned in original packaging, including pallets, crates, and protective materials
- Proof of purchase is provided
Products that show signs of use, installation, modification, welding, cutting, or damage caused by handling after delivery are not eligible for return.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Custom-built or made-to-order products
- Special order items
- Products altered or modified at the request of the customer
- Clearance or final-sale items
- Products damaged due to misuse, improper installation, or operating outside of published specifications
3. Return Authorization Required
All returns require prior approval.

If approved, you will receive a Return Authorization (RA) and return instructions. Unauthorized returns will be refused.
4. Return Shipping and Freight Costs
- The customer is responsible for all return shipping and freight costs
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable
- For freight shipments, proper crating and secure loading are required
- DBE United States is not responsible for damage incurred during return shipping
We strongly recommend using insured freight carriers and retaining tracking documentation.
5. Inspection and Refund Process
Once the returned item is received and inspected:
- Approved returns are subject to a restocking fee of up to 25%
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- Refund processing typically occurs within 7–10 business days after inspection approval
If the product is returned in a condition that does not meet eligibility requirements, the return may be denied or additional fees may apply.
6. Damaged or Defective Products
If your product arrives damaged or defective:
- You must notify DBE United States within 5 calendar days of delivery
- Provide photos and a written description of the issue
- Do not install or use the product prior to reporting the issue
DBE United States will determine whether the issue qualifies for repair, replacement, or refund in accordance with warranty terms.
7. Order Cancellations
- Orders canceled before production or shipment may be eligible for a refund, less any incurred processing or material costs
- Orders already in production or shipped cannot be canceled
Custom and made-to-order products cannot be canceled once production has begun.
8. Warranty Considerations
Returns and refunds are separate from warranty claims. Warranty coverage is governed by the DBE United States Warranty Policy, which addresses defects in materials and workmanship, not normal wear, misuse, or operational damage.
9. Policy Modifications
DBE United States reserves the right to modify this Return and Refund Policy at any time. Updates will be posted on our website and apply to orders placed after the effective date.
